The Art of Sexual Ecstasy

The act of sex is slowly becoming less and less enjoyable as I gracefully progress in age. So I took the time and thought back to the days when I enjoyed it more and began to analyze why it is that it has become so increasingly boring. One conclusion that I came up with was that I personally had become simply lazy. Not to the point where I just lay there, but just that fact that I viewed it as just going through the motions. Pump, pump, pump, grind, grind, grind, breath heavy, come and lay out. How boring! No wonder I had become less interested in it. What quite a number of people fail to realize is that sex is not just an act of movement and groans; it is an ART that needs to be studied! At this stage is seems to be a lost art form that desperately needs to be rediscovered.

When you really began to break down the anatomy of a sexual experience it may at first sound complex, but when you put all the components together it makes a lot of sense. I generally refer to it as getting to know all of your senses. Senses are the physiological methods of perception. We all know the classical ones: Sight, Hearing, Taste, Smell, and Touch. But are you aware of the other senses that provide feedback to the body? These are Temperature, Pain, Balance and Acceleration, and Body Awareness. Finally, I also found it important to study the internal senses, which are, any sense that is normally stimulated from within the body. These include Hunger and Thirst, Epigastric sense, Time sense, Vascular sense, Gagging, Esophageal senses, Excretory senses.

Now, I know you are all thinking 'Hell, you're providing us with this list, but do you plan to explain any of this to us?' Of course I do, to those who are curious and willing to learn. I will breakdown each sense and how it can relate as well as enhance your experiences with your mate. In this journey I will be continuing to learn more also, because I never want to be bored again. I will only be speaking on things that I have learned, read about, and been taught by others. I wish to expand this knowledge because I feel that healthy, long-lasting sexual relationships are good to you and for you. I want to explain the importance of each of the senses that were listed above. I am not bias, and will thoroughly do my best to be fair and just from both the male and female perspective. Because ladies, it is not always the man that is not doing a good job. So, please take this journey with me as I rediscover the Art of Sexual Ecstasy.

Class is now in session...
